1. Office Administrator (Full Time)
TFI Local Link Waterford seeks a full-time Office Administrator with experience in marketing and social media promotion.
We’re looking for someone organised, tech-savvy, and skilled in marketing & social media promotion.
Hours: 35hrs/week, Monday to Saturday
Role includes:
- Marketing and social media support
- Dealing with customer enquiries and bookings
- Assist our customer services and compliance administrators
- Supporting efficient day to day office administration
Requirements: Strong organisational skills, excellent IT ability, and proven experience in digital marketing and social media content.
2. Finance & Compliance Officer (Part-Time)
TFI Local Link Waterford invites applications for the position of Finance & Compliance Officer.
This senior role will combine high-level financial management with data protection oversight in line with our contract with the National Transport Authority.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead organisational financial management, budgeting, and reporting
- Oversee financial compliance in line with regulatory standards and funding requirements
- Oversee GDPR compliance with support of Local Link team
- Implement and monitor our security plan procedures
Essential Requirements:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience in financial management
Desirable:
- Certification in Data Protection or Information Security (e.g. CIPP/E, ISO 27001)
- Experience of GDPR compliance
Hours: Part-time (21 hours/week), the term of the post is for the remainder of the current funding contract up to September 2027 with a possible extension of one or more years.
