TFI Local Link Waterford is enhancing bus services from Dungarvan to Youghal, from Monday the 11th of December.
This enhancement is part of the Connecting Ireland Rural Mobility Plan which is a major national public transport initiative developed and funded by the National Transport Authority (NTA) as part of the Transport for Ireland (TFI) Network.
Route 361 will now operate nine daily return services Monday to Sunday. The route will also offer improved frequency to Dungarvan, An Rinn, Heilbhic and Youghal.
It will provide a peak-time and evening service for commuters and will have a new connection from Ardmore to Youghal, as well as connectivity to regional bus services.
This enhancement will now see us connecting through to Youghal as well as increasing the number of daily services from Monday to Sunday. We would encourage our customers to check the new timetable as there are a number of changes to the current timetable and stop locations.
“We are delighted with the continued development of local transport services under the Connecting Ireland Rural Mobility Plan, creating services that, will allow people to consider switching some journeys from private vehicles to the more sustainable TFI public transport network.
Please Note: Due to the extended timetable, from Monday 11th December, this service will operate from the designated stops only, as per the timetable below.
